Our Ayo Pashmina is available in three different types of wool – yak, camel, and cashmere. Its distinctive texture is achieved through unique handcrafting. First, the pure, undyed wool is hand-spun into cashmere yarn. This process creates a very special yarn characterized by slight individual irregularities. The yarn is then woven on a hand loom into a 100 x 200 cm shawl. A colored thread running along the edge and through the center provides the finishing touch. Each shawl requires four days of handwork. The result is a luxuriously soft shawl, distinguished by its unique construction and offering comfort thanks to the luxurious feel of the wool and its textured surface.
